At HypeState, we make sure your fit reaches you fast, safe, and fresh. Here’s everything you need to know about how we ship your orders.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking ID via email or SMS.
2. Shipping Time & Delivery
a) Standard Delivery (All over India):
🕒 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
b) Express Delivery:
Samen DAy Delivery & Next Day Delivery both available with additional charges
3. Shipping Charges
a) Free shipping on all prepaid orders.
b) Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders may include a small delivery fee.
c) Exact charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout before payment.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
a) COD is available across most pin codes in India.
b) Please ensure someone is available at your address to receive and pay for the order.
c) We reserve the right to disable COD for users with repeated cancellations or refusals.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll get a tracking link via email/SMS.
You can also track your order anytime through our website or by DMing us on Instagram @hypestate.in with your order ID.
6. Delays & Issues
We always aim for on-time delivery, but delays may happen due to factors outside our control — such as courier issues, weather, or regional restrictions.
If your order hasn’t arrived after the estimated time, contact us and we’ll sort it out ASAP.
7. International Shipping
Currently, we ship only within India.
But stay tuned — global drops are coming soon. 🌍
